Our goal with Snowbelt Gardens is to become Jamestown’s first indoor vertical farm providing year-round, fresh, local produce for our community. Urban vertical farming will help meet the growing need for food and eliminate the need to transport food over long distances allowing us to provide produce directly to our metropolitan centers. We are excited to be revitalizing and improving our city’s pr

e-existing infrastructure by farming within an old furniture factory building. Our growing facility will be highly optimized for energy efficiency. We will be using sustainable methods of production such as hydroponics, LED lighting, seasonal rotations, precision irrigation, and other vertical farming practices to maximize production and optimize efficiency. We are currently growing gourmet mushrooms (Oysters, Shiitake, Lion's Mane, and others we rotate in), hemp, microgreens, herbs and house plants in our indoor cultivation facility. While we do not have a storefront you can visit, you can find us at pop up events and other places! Where to find our goods ▼▼

Oyster Mushroom SALE all week !

Oyster mushrooms are one of the most versatile edible mushrooms out there—delicate, ruffled, and mild with just a hint of earthy flavor. Mild, tender, and easy to cook! Sauté em, grill em, roast em, air fry em, or simmer em then em to your favorite dishes that require mushrooms.

They are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and may help support heart health, manage blood sugar, and boost the immune system.

Grab them for $6/half lb or $10/1 lb 🙌🏽 We also have Lion's Mane, Chestnut, Shiitake and Pioppinos available for $1/ounce!

July 12th - Art Week - Get all your delicious food for the week AND shop from local art from over a dozen local artists! Pottery, paintings, drawings, photography, and more! Sponsored by Art Gallery

July 19th - Scandinavian Fest - Stop and watch the Midsummer Pole Decoration and music, volunteers will be decorating the Maypole with live plants and flowers before walking it to the Arena.
