Whether you're blessed with small humans, cute pets, or both - Happy Father's Day!

We especially appreciate our Foster Dads:
- For all the late night walks and middle of the night wake ups for potty breaks
- The patient responses "It makes sense that you ordered a baby monitor, when does it come in?"
- Coming home to find the everyone napping together
- To the texts such as "I came back to a poop-splosion! Giving them a bath now"
- And the "You'll never guess what they got into in the backyard!"
- Plus "All the dogs are asleep, let's go get dinner before they wake up"

To all of our Foster Dads, thank you for being you! From all of us at Fawn's Small Dog Rescue.

Check out Ella’s profile and submit an adoption application on our website: https://www.fawnssmalldogrescue.org/adoptable-dogs/ella

Ella, aka Elenor, is a small fluffy white dog, likely a Maltese/Yorkie mix. She's 10-12 years old and is 5.9 pounds and gaining (yay!). She's spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines and preventatives.

Ella's ideal home has someone who’s around frequently, ideally most of the day. She’d do best with adopters who enjoy daily walks and want to get their steps in. She doesn't require a fenced yard, but it makes night time potty breaks easier. She ignores young children, unless they're loud or get her space. Due to her size and excellent hearing, she's best suited for adults or families with older respectful teens. She has a renal condition and must to eat a prescription diet and take a daily renal supplement. She's had dental done and has plenty of teeth so she can easily and happily eat a combination of wet and dry food which makes the diet far more affordable.

Rain shmain, Ella’s gonna get her steps in!

Ella is an active senior, especially for her size. While she doesn’t care for a downpour, who does, she loves to stroll and doesn’t care if it’s wet out. Plus she looks adorable in every raincoat she’s tried ☔️☔️

Ella is the perfect little walking companion, she doesn’t go fast but she adores sniffing her way around the neighborhood. She’s happy to let pick her up when she gets tired, she’s so petite that you can carry her home like the baby she is.

Check out Ella’s profile and submit an adoption application on our website: https://www.fawnssmalldogrescue.org/adoptable-dogs/ella

Meet Juno the Pomeranian! She's 3 years old and a little over 12 lbs. She's spayed and heartworm negative. She's received her rabies vaccine, her first two rounds of puppy vaccines, and is up-to-date monthly preventatives.

Juno and her puppies were surrendered from an overwhelmed home breeder. She was well cared for but never received any house, potty, or leash training. She's slowly learning to go potty outside and working on potty pad. Her socialization was limited to the dogs she was bred with and her own puppies. They appear friendly, intelligent, charming, and adaptable sweethearts.

Cats, kids, and other dog breeds are unknown. Given her friendly disposition, we believe she'd do well with other similarly sized dogs.

All of our dogs are fostered in or around Jacksonville, FL. We adopt within a 150 mile radius of Jacksonville, which includes parts of Georgia
