😻 EXCITING NEWS! Dr. Kaity joined our practice earlier this month and she is ready to meet you and your pets!

She attended the University of Florida for her bachelors in Animal Science and graduated in 2020. After graduation, she worked as a veterinary technician at Pet Doctors of America for a year before attending St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated from St. George’s in 2025 after completing her clinical studies back at the University of Florida.

She has a passion for feline medicine and has dedicated her studies to ensuring cats get the best quality veterinary care possible. She especially enjoys tackling feline behavior and urinary disorders.

Off the clock, Dr. Kaity is the loving mother of three cats: Archer, Lucy, and Froggy. She has a hidden talent for music trivia and has yet to find a competitor who can keep up. Her other passion is playing video games, though she wouldn’t say she’s particularly good at them. She also loves her hometown Jacksonville and looks forward to seeing the Jaguars make it to the Super Bowl (she is certain it will happen in her lifetime)!

I don't know a single person who met Dave and didn't love him. What a kind, compassionate, witty, and intelligent human. Dave hasn't worked at Pet Doctors in 8 years, but we used to joke that he was born here, when Total Pet Complex started (Pet Doctors' previous name). He made your day brighter with his calm and soothing Jamaican accent and his endless stories. I swear he lived a thousand lives. And I am certain that with all the knowledge and love he poured into everyone around him, that his legacy will continue to shine bright. He did amazing things for the animals and I know all the ones that have crossed the rainbow bridge were waiting for him. Rest easy David Murphy and "thank you for coming". ❤️

We are so lucky to care for this new kitten named Ducky!🐥

This sweet boy visited yesterday for a round of boosters and we made it mandatory (with mom & dad's permission of course) that he meet every staff member because if this doesn't boost your serotonin, then what will?! Look at all those toes! 😍
