We have 5 male pups, mom was chihuahua doxie mix, dad was small and looks like Allen.
Born April 4th and just had their vet check yesterday.
These babies should be on the small side but sometimes they do surprise us.
Accepting applications starting today until they all have great homes.

Well despite the waiting list and all we try, more pets dumped. Not one but three .... seniors, 2 declawed so sure thing to put them in a donation drop off shed with no security at all. What could possibly go wrong? And what happen to decency? Again this is illegal and forcing us to also break the law with more animals then space allows. Given the condition and fleas, the cats are better off but still, pls do it legally.... Now I have to file a police report on my day off. Again

Our sweet Robbie is still looking for a home. Although, his foster adores him, he will have to come back to the shelter if he is not adopted and that will break his little heart.
Here’s a message from his foster: “I have been fostering this good boy for a few months now and as much as I’d like to keep him, I can tell he misses having more attention from his special person. He is a velcro pup who eats up all the loves he can get! Best snuggler ever, can be completely off-leash and has amazing recall. He loves to hike and go on just about any adventure there is, especially if it involves a car ride. He also is completely potty-trained and ready to become someone’s best friend.”

Robbie can share a home with other animals, but his preferred life would be to be the only dog. Robbie is a 45lbs short fella with a big heart and lots of s***k. He will love any human he meets. If you can make room in your heart and home for this boy, please message us! Help us find him a furever family!

update, momma passed on the operating table unfortunately, so sorry
RIP sweet momma

We sent someone who desperately needed help to Hicks Vet for an emergency C-section, and the bill will be at least $900, possibly more. We couldn't say no, and the momma will be spayed, so hopefully, everything works out. We're currently waiting for more information as they work with her in the after-hours emergency. 🙏🐾
