patio season is HERE 😎🏝️ but it’s important to be checking in on our pet friends as the heat continues to stick around.

Check out some early signs of overheating to keep an eye on for this summer:
🥵 Intense Panting — rapid, heavy, or labored breathing
💦 Think Drool — saliva becomes sticky, thick or frothy
🔴 Red Gums — also could see pale/grayish membranes or a flushed tongue
🥱 Behavior Changes — uncharacteristic confusion, restlessness or continuously seeking shade or puddles

⌛️Be sure to limit times outside as temperatures increase and avoid the hottest parts of the day for any extended time outside! And remember, if it’s too hot for your hands, it’s definitely too hot for our pups! ✋🌡️

Happy Memorial Day everyone! ❤️🤍💙

We hope everyone is having a wonderful day of rest and relaxation! We're happy to report our pet friends are having a great stay with us and are so thankful for our staff that make those results possible every day, especially on days we're closed to the public!

We're looking forward to returning to our normal service tomorrow, but still have staff in the building if you're needing to check on your fur baby 🫶
