Miss Mabel is ready for her FURever home — and she’s bringing her big heart and beautiful blue eye with her! 💙 This gorgeous girl is a small mixed breed (maybe Shepherd?) weighing about 30–35 lbs, with unique markings and a joyful spirit that shines bright.

Mabel absolutely LOVES to run and play! She’s best matched with male dogs and tends to prefer larger playmates — her best buddy is a goofy big guy named Marmaduke, who’s two to three times her size. Cats probably aren’t a good fit for this energetic girl, but she adores people of all ages and would likely love having little humans as playmates.

At just about 1–1.5 years old, Mabel still has some puppy energy and could benefit from a little fine-tuning in manners, but she’s already off to a great start! She walks nicely on leash, knows “sit,” and is eager to learn.

Meet Oscar – the sweetest, goofiest red merle Aussie you’ll ever meet!
Estimated to be between 2–3 years old, Oscar may be deaf, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit. He’s living proof that !

My favorite things:
▪︎ Playing with other dogs (and toys too!)
▪︎ Zooming around the yard and showing off my goofy side
▪︎ Learning new things with a little creativity (I’m super smart!)
▪︎ Being your loyal sidekick through life’s adventures

Oscar has already started his heartworm treatment, which is fully covered by Friends of Rescue. Because of that, he needs a local adopter in the Huntsville, AL area so we can ensure his care is completed. He will thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can play safely. One note: Oscar does like to chase horses, so if you have horses, he won’t be able to run free while you’re riding or at the barn.
