Boasting 200+ acres, 10 stalls, semi-group turnout with run-ins and automatic waterers, multiple arenas, cross-country course and so much more. We offer a quiet atmosphere and a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star facility. Many amenities for both horse and rider:

- 215'x215' all weather arena
- full size all weather dressage arena
- cross country course
- multiple trails throughout the property and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park
- paddocks with automatic waterers and run-in sheds
-12x12 stalls, climate controlled tack room, wash stall with heat lamps and more!

Located in Huntly, Virginia. 15 minutes to Front Royal and I-66.

Spring is almost here 🤗🌷!

Katie has some availability for on or off site lessons, training rides, as well as rehabbing/legging up. Experience in eventing, hunter/jumper, foxhunting, as well as breaking and bringing along young/green horses. Some availability for body clipping as well as equine massage therapy.

Currently in Hume and Marshall area two days a week.

Based out of Huntly, Virginia. Will travel 25 mile radius. Minimum/Fuel surcharge required outside of 25 miles.

🦕“Bram"🦕 is a 2016 ISH gelding standing at 16.2+ hands. This big guy has a lovely disposition, a kind heart, and great ground manners. Cross ties, bathes, clips, stands for farrier, and loads. He has been brought along thoughtfully by his owner. Bram has hunted second flight with both Piedmont and Snickersville Hunts with no issue. Respectful of hounds as well as other horses in close proximity. Bram has also participated in Phyllis Dawson jumping and cross country clinics, and also a ground pole schooling show at Beverly Equestrian Center. He has been in professional training for the past 90 days to further his fitness and flatwork education. Owner has accepted a new job position, which sadly leaves limited time in her schedule to continue to bring along this talented young horse
