Boasting 200+ acres, 10 stalls, semi-group turnout with run-ins and automatic waterers, multiple arenas, cross-country course and so much more. FTS is available for full training, partial training board, or full care board 🐎.

We offer a quiet atmosphere and a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star facility. Many amenities for both horse and rider:

- 215'x215' all weather arena
- full size all weather dressage arena
- cross country course
- multiple trails throughout the property and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park
- paddocks with automatic waterers and run-in sheds
-12x12 stalls, climate controlled tack room, wash stall with heat lamps and more!
