So we met an orthopedic surgeon at the farm and they casually mentioned to us that kids' and young adults' bones feel noticeably weaker these days…

Didn't think much of it but it struck some curiosity and the research backs it up.
It was an eye-opener for us, but the truth is actually super hopeful: it doesn't take a huge lifestyle overhaul to make a difference.
