🚗☀️ Car Temperature Safety Reminder! 🐾🔥

Even on a mild day, the inside of a parked car can heat up FAST—and become deadly for pets.

Here’s how quickly it can happen:
🌡️ 70°F outside = 104°F inside in just 30 minutes
🌡️ 85°F outside = 119°F inside in 30 minutes

Cracked windows don’t make a difference! Pets can suffer from heatstroke, organ damage, or worse within minutes.

If you can’t take your pet inside with you, it’s safest to leave them at home. 🐶🐱

🌊🐾 Swimming Safety Tips for Pets! 🐶☀️

Planning some fun in the water with your furry friend? Here are some must-know safety tips for a safe splash:

🐕 Not all pets are natural swimmers — Introduce them slowly and never force them into the water.
🦺 Use a pet life jacket — Especially for deep water or boating adventures!
👀 Supervise at all times — Always keep a close eye on your pet while they’re swimming.
🚫 Avoid strong currents — Stick to calm, shallow areas where your pet can easily touch the bottom.
🚿 Rinse off after swimming — Wash off chlorine, salt, or lake water to prevent skin irritation.
💦 Hydrate often — Bring plenty of fresh drinking water so they don’t try to drink pool or lake water.

With the right precautions, water play can be safe and fun for everyone! 🐾🏖️

🐾☀️ How Hot is Too Hot to Walk Your Dog on Pavement? 🚫🔥

If it’s 77°F (25°C) outside, pavement can reach 125°F (51°C)—hot enough to burn paws in just seconds! 😱

Here’s a quick paw-safety test:
👉 Place the back of your hand on the pavement for 7 seconds.
🔥 If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for your pup!

Safe Walking Tips:
✅ Walk early in the morning or later in the evening
✅ Stick to grassy or shaded areas
✅ Use dog booties for extra protection

Protect those paws and keep your walks safe! 🐾💙

☀️🐾 Heat Safety + Hydration Reminder! 🐶💧🐱

As temps rise, don’t forget—keeping your pets cool and hydrated is a must! Here’s your quick summer safety check:

🌡️ Limit outdoor time during peak heat hours
💦 Always have fresh, cool water available
🏖️ Provide shade or cooling mats if outside
🐾 Check the pavement—if it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for paws!
🚗 Never leave pets in a parked car—temps inside can rise dangerously fast!

Keeping your furry friends cool means more tail wags and happy, healthy summer fun! 😎🐾

🐰💖 Celebrate Rescued Rabbit Month! 🐾🌸

This month, we’re celebrating the wonderful rabbits waiting for their forever homes and raising awareness about proper bunny care! 🏡🐇 Rescued rabbits are full of personality, charm, and love—they just need a second chance!

Thinking about adopting a bunny? Here are some helpful tips:
🥦 Diet: Fresh hay should make up most of their diet, along with leafy greens and rabbit-safe veggies.
🏡 Housing: Rabbits need plenty of space to hop, stretch, and play—consider a roomy indoor setup!
🐾 Enrichment: Bunnies love toys, tunnels, and safe chew items to keep their minds and teeth healthy.
🩺 Vet Care: Rabbits need regular vet checkups .

🐰 Already have a rescued rabbit? Share their story and a photo in the comments—we’d love to celebrate them with you! 📸✨
