‼️ Please give a warm welcome and meet our newest doctor, Dr. Molly Anderson! Dr. Molly Anderson joins our team mid May ‼️

Dr. Molly Anderson is a new veterinarian at Ark Veterinary Hospital. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ohio State University and started her veterinary career in emergency medicine. Dr. A comes to Ark with a long list of interests that includes gastrointestinal diseases, dermatology, and radiology.

Dr. A grew up wanting to be a veterinarian, but decided to be more “practical” and took a detour into business first. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland. She worked at a couple tech startups in Austin, Texas, and started her own fitness brand before deciding to return to her original dream. Dr. A gained extensive experience in shelter medicine prior to attending veterinary school. She has an appreciation for all things great and small, and loves supporting her patients and their owners through all stages of life.

When not working, Dr. A can be found hanging out with one of her animals - she has a horse named Dunkin, a Cavalier King Charles named Mister Darcy (because of his angry eyebrows), and two wobbly kitties named Maple and Nala. Her hobbies include playing guitar, weight lifting, running, yoga, reading romantasy, and gardening, and she’s itching to take back up dance as well as try out woodworking and mixed martial arts. Occasionally Dr. A also finds time to spend with her fiancé, Charlie. She loves stand up comedy, The Who, Lord of the Rings, Gilmore Girls, and Taylor Swift.

⭐️Veterinary Receptionist Week⭐️

Our final gifts for Veterinary Receptionist Week were a wonderful t-shirt - or crew neck sweatshirt, for some - and a very encouraging (albeit NSFW) mug.

We are all feeling so appreciated and loved after this fun-filled week. We just wanted to say "Thank You!" to our wonderful Practice Manager, Jordan, for organizing all of our gifts and celebrations.

We had a visit from Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck today! It was a great way to celebrate our Reception Staff (and everyone else, I suppose). Now we are all highly caffeinated and ready to tackle the day!

We couldn’t do what we do without their dedication, kindness, and love for both pets and people. Thank you for being the glue that holds us together! 💌🐶🐱

Each year, our Practice Manager, Jordan, hides eggs around the hospital for our staff to find. She follows only 2 simple rules: No eggs in the exam rooms and no eggs in the bathrooms. What follows is about a week of us playing "Hot or Cold" with each other to find our stash.

This year Jordan has also hidden 4 golden eggs with a special prize inside - but we have been assured that they will be the most difficult eggs we've ever had to find. Wish us luck! 🐣 🍭🌷
