Baby Billy moved into the barn from his 30 day quarantine today. He got a hair cut, his feet done, & a full welcome! He is the sweetest boy who’s not 100% sure of things yet, but I know he’ll settle right in! (After & before pictures of his hair cut)

This group right here crushed! 6 horses, 11 riders, 22 classes and every single class a success! The most amazing part wasn’t just the great performances, it was the teamwork, sportsmanship, and support every single barn member put in today. Families were out in force supporting their riders. Each rider was there helping the rest, cheering them on even while competing against each other. And those not showing were there to help for hours in the heat insuring that horses were ready, riders looked great, and we had the smoothest show ever!

.mckellar and Penny all helped load, groom, tack, hold horses all day long, and get horses settled at home after the show. This community is amazing.

Huge thank you to Lazy J, Casady Gammon, & Toni Marotta for all of your hard work and hospitality. The show was as well run as ever and this local horse community as a whole is so encouraging. It’s a privilege to get to show with you all!

Billy (formerly Hank, but it was getting confusing with rescue DOG Hank & rescue HORSE Hank) is settling in here at Anderson Stables quarantine barn! This sweet, scared boy is slowly breaking out of his shell! His big eyes & even bigger will to please were evident from the first time we saw his video & haven’t faded. We can’t wait to see who he is & what he wants to do with his second chance💕

❄️It’s a chilly one this morning, but the worst is yet to come❄️ We will be keeping everyone posted about lessons tomorrow morning at 7am for morning and noon for afternoon lessons. For now, all horses have plenty of hay and are cozy! Thanks for hanging with us through this cold snap…AGAIN…
