This is more than just a fundraiser — it’s a night to celebrate the lives we save together. You’ll tour the shelter, meet some of our adoptable animals, and hear the incredible stories that make our mission matter.

This beloved Coeur d’Alene tradition brings together 100+ artists, live music, delicious food, and a whole lot of community spirit — and it’s all in support of local arts and education!

Whether you're shopping for handmade art, grabbing lunch from a food vendor, relaxing to live music, or just soaking in the creativity, this event is a true North Idaho gem.

Don’t forget to check out the amazing sand castle again this year! CDA Paving and Concrete Specialties has generously donated the sand, and Scott Dodson has been building this incredible masterpiece for an amazing 27 years running!

Today’s all about celebrating the people (and pets!) who make life better just by being in it. The United Nations created this day to remind us how powerful friendship can be—bringing peace, understanding, and unity across the globe. And honestly? Some of the best friends come with four paws, wet noses, and unconditional love.

Some of the best friendships start with a wagging tail or a gentle purr. We’ve got amazing dogs and cats here at Companions Animal Center who are ready to be someone’s best friend—for life.
