Let’s talk about experience.
It all started with a life long commitment to saving, helping and caring for animals.
(A reporter once asked me why I do what I do?)
I said,
They saved my life. And now it’s my turn to save theirs.
And then it took off into veterinary care, rescue work, and now 8 years into an award winning full fledged pet care facility.
From rescue, to police work, to vet care professional dog handling and training and grooming I truly believe I am one of the most qualified and experienced in my field.
My history with animals is very long and it will continue for the rest of my life.
When choosing your groomer, your trainer, your pet care specialist it matters. It matters to them ❤️🐾

Appa, I provided the vests that protected your fellow K9s before you. Those vests saved many many lives. I only hope yours saves you. I have a very special place in my heart for working dogs. You give your lives for ours and without a second thought you jump in front of a bullet. It is true unconditional love. I’m here Appa, we’re ALL here. Keep fighting!

🙏🐾 PRAY FOR APPA: KOOTENAI COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE K9 APPA FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE AFTER BEING SHOT DURING SWAT RESPONSE

The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office says K9 Appa is currently fighting for his life after being shot Tuesday night during the armed-suspect response near Wolf Lodge Creek Road and East Alder Creek Road.

Deputies responded at approximately 8:20 p.m. after reports of a suspicious armed man who had contacted children in the area.

According to KCSO, the suspect pointed a firearm at a deputy before fleeing. Appa tracked the suspect while the Kootenai County Regional SWAT Team responded. The suspect fired several rounds, striking and injuring Appa.

Several minutes later, a deputy-involved shooting occurred, and the suspect was later pronounced deceased. The Idaho State Police is conducting the independent investigation.

KCSO shared the following update:

“Our hearts are heavy as we share that K9 Appa is currently fighting for his life.

Please keep K9 Appa, his handler, and everyone involved in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.

Thank you for your continued support of our deputies, K9 Unit, and the entire Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office.”

With the fires burning through Washington and seeing all the displaced families and burned animals it got me thinking about their bravery and will to survive. I saw a photo of two small kitties completely burned but somehow still alive!
So many animals need our help right now!
We are opening up to take in small animals (cats, dogs, goats, chickens, and rabbits. We have room, cool air a large fenced area and a lot of love. Two of our girls are veterinary technicians and can help with animals that need after care.

Bring more kennels, water troughs, bowls, buckets, bedding, and food! Please share and help us help Washington!

⭐️⭐️⭐️***Attention all clients***⭐️⭐️⭐️
We would like to inform you that we are moving to a new facility! This move is so we can offer boarding service for your pets!! 🥰🐶🐾❤️
Unfortunately as some of you may know, the current location we are in is not zoned for boarding. Over the years we have tried and tried to get the city to rezone the map so we could offer boarding and it has been a hassle.
However a new opportunity arose in a different facility that is already zoned for boarding! We are very, very excited about this transition!
And the best part it is only a minute and a half from the current location we are currently in in beautiful Hayden Idaho. That being said we did put out a notice about a month ago on our social media pages of the move and wanted to remind all of our clients that starting tomorrow we will be in the new facility and the new location for your pets next appointment is 11445 North Reed Rd. in Hayden Idaho.
We look so forward to offering you more services at the best pet care facility in town ❤️❤️🐾🐶

Animals are my heart, my world, my passion ❤️ a successful business doesn’t happen overnight. It happens from years upon years of experience love of the industry for animals and a whole lot of blood sweat and tears. This right here at the end of every long day, every hard day and every moment at “work” is what keeps me going. Because I know in my heart if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.

Hello everyone ❤️ as you all know not only do we love taking care of your pets we also love helping with rescue work as well. We have fostered and rehomed many animals over the years and it truly is Nicole’s true passion.
Well , another opportunity has come up and this young lady is ready to find her forever family. Brooklyn is in one of our training programs and her foster parent has asked for our assistance in finding Brooklyn a good and loving home. Please read her bio and enjoy her photos as much as we have. Hello, my name is Brooklyn!
I’m a 1 1/2 yr old female white shepherd mix who was recently rescued (by my now current foster dad Bryan and new sis Daisy Mae) while I was wandering in busy traffic a couple of weeks ago. My original owners were contacted and relinquished their rights to care for me. Since then Bryan has made sure that I am up to date on all of my vaccines, introduced me to my new trainer Nicole Travis of Guardian Angel Grooming, whom I see once a week for six hours a day. I have also been spayed and chipped and have healed up quite well. I get along very well with everyone I meet, I don’t know what personal space is, but it seems nice for those who are into that sort of thing. Sometimes I may have an accident in the house, but everyone is very patient with me and I’m really trying. I really love my new sister Daisy, Mae and brother Finley Scout. Also, I really like to run free and get so excited that I don’t realize the dangers around me when I’m running. This is something that I’m still working on, I am really trying and Bryan is seeing a lot of improvement with my recall. This introduction is being made as my foster dad would love to find me my forever home. He is going to be quite picky as to where and who takes care of me for the rest of my life. If you would like to meet me, please either send a message to me personally here on Finn and Daisy’s account or my foster dads account . Whomever my future mom or dad is, Bryan has assured me that he will stay in my life and will continue to provide service training for as long as I need it. Thank you, hope to meet you soon!
