He came in for a swollen, irritated eye 👀 Our recommended workup for eye issues is a full eye exam, which includes fluorescein eye stain to check for ocular ulcers, tonometry to check eye pressures, and schirmer tear strips to check for dry eye. In this photo, Dr.Frances is doing the schirmer tear test while Jordan cuddles (restrains) sweet Landon 😊

The best patients are the ones that don't stay still for the photos 😍😂 Like sweet Ollie here, who just wants to take himself for a walk! He came in today for an ear infection, and we hope after some ear cleaning and medication he is on his way to feeling better soon.

This sweet Kitty is Lucy! She presented to us to check her spay incision that had opened up a little. With pets, a surgical complication like an incision opening up is very common. We recommend ecollars (the cone of shame 😅), strict rest and leashed walks only for post op recovery! But even if you follow the doctors orders 100%, there are still risks of surgical complications with any procedure. Talk to your vet if you're concerned about your pet's healing postop!
