We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where clients grow and succeed both as riders and as individuals. Taylor River Farm, opened in September of 2004, is a "state of the art" Morgan horse barn offering a wide variety of services. Whether you're interested in becoming a serious show ring competitor or simply wish to enjoy casual riding and instruction in a friendly, relaxed atmosph

ere, you can find a home at TRF. Our training staff provides expert training, breeding, and brokerage services, while our lesson program offers individualized instruction to horse enthusiasts of all ability levels. In our first five years, Taylor River Farm has produced more than forty Grand National & World Champions in harness, saddle seat, hunt seat and in-hand. These numerous titles have spanned from Junior Exhibitors and Amateurs to the Open and Junior Horse divisions. No matter the discipline or situation, Taylor River takes great care and pride in the details necessary to produce World Class exhibitors and horses.

What an incredible weekend at the AMHA National Convention! 🥂

We were honored to present four World Champion Morgans at Sunrise Stables in front of an amazing crowd made up of both the Amish community and our show horse community. Events like this remind us that our industry is truly built on friendship, family, and a shared passion for the Morgan horse. ✨

Congratulations to Jeff “Papa” Gove (Tony Lee Sportsmanship Award), Richard Boule (AMHA Hall of Fame), and our dear friend Amanda Dupont (AMHA Professionals Award). So much love and emotion filled the room! ❤️

Thank you to our wonderful clients for sharing your horses with us, and to Windy River for bringing Tommy for Gavin’s catch ride — he loved every second!
