Beatrix & her Dad do an awesome job here. We can’t expect a reactive dog not to respond to other dogs who bark and lunge, that’s unrealistic(while they’re still working on their reactivity). Her recovery from the initial response & walking with her Dad even though the other dogs were still overstimulated next to her(by then their energy was directed towards the dogs inside the park) was quick. The reactions are shrinking as her threshold gets smaller. She’s making great progress! 😊❤️🐶

Bowie is just a youngster who needs some guidance. Shayi is his big sister who I helped train when she & her brother were puppies! I would be with him again today, but Mother Nature is not cooperating 😂🤷🏻

Beatrix did fantastic this week! We didn’t get many opportunities because it was very warm, but she did well anyway!

You can barely tell in the video but we’re following another dog here & she’s ignoring. Great job Bea!

Piper was amazing this morning at the beach! Here we’re following a collie and a corgi and she’s excited & curious(especially because there’s a ball!) but very respectful. Overall she was MUCH more relaxed today compared to our last session on the beach. She even got sniffed by a couple dogs and her world didn’t end!

Of course she reacted to a couple dogs too, but nowhere near the level she had been. We’re starting to get through to her. Great job Piper! 😊❤️🐶

Piper & Dad on our walk last Saturday. She’s doing really well with her pulling obviously 😊 & her reactivity is coming along well too. As with most dogs, face to face pass by’s are challenging, but she’s a trooper! Great job! 😊❤️🐶

Very proud of Beatrix’s choices here! In the beginning of the video we’re passing by another dog on leash facing each other(HUGE trigger for her), the dog is just out of frame. Then we turn and follow & she keeps making good decisions. Great job Bea! 😊❤️🐶
