The Lincoln Center planting potatoes using 3 different methods. Traditional, trench dug in the ground covered with soil. Straw, potatoes in shallow trench covered by straw. And crates using straw and soil.

Thank you to everyone who supported our Seed Money campaign! We raised $1,175 from our generous donors, which qualified us for a $200 challenge grant. In total, we raised $1,375 to support our operations!

These donations will help us continue our mission to grow fresh, healthy food for downriver food-insecure residents, as well as teach others about sustainable agriculture.
