Village Animal Healthcare is hiring for a full-time Veterinary Assistant. You're role will be assisting the Veterinarian and Technicians as needed. Patient restraint, filling prescriptions, cleaning exam rooms, and helping in caring for hospitalized patients. Must be able to lift 40 pounds, have intermediate computer skills, attention to detail, be an independent worker, and be able to use downtime effectively.

Attention all clients! This upcoming Saturday June 28th, we will be closed due to the Trenton Street Fair. Please make sure you come and pick up any medications or food if it is needed before hand. We are here Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-1pm this week. Also, Friday, West Jefferson will be blocked off over this way, so there will be a detour through the back roads to get to our clinic that day. Cherry Street is our side street to get to our parking lot as a reminder. Thank you everyone!

Attention all clients!
We will be closed this Saturday May 24th and Monday May 26th for Memorial weekend. We will return to normal business hours on Tuesday May 27th. If your pet needs any food or medication please pick up today 8am-6pm, tomorrow 8am-6pm or Friday 8am-1pm.

Hello everyone! Dr. Raspbury is FINALLY taking a vacation, so starting Thursday March 20th he will be out of the office and he will be returning on Monday March 31st. Due to us being a single Doctor practice we will not be able to see anymore doctor appointments during that time, but we will be open these following dates for technician appointments and medication/food pick up:
*Friday March 21st Open 8:00am-1:00pm
*Monday March 24th Open 8:00am-6:00pm
*Thursday March 27th Open 8:00am-6:00pm
*Friday March 28th Open 8:00am-1:00pm
*Saturday March 29th Open 8:00am-1:00pm
Any dates not named above the office will be closed.

We will be closed this Friday the 28th and Saturday March 1st due to an upgrade of our medical software. If you are needing any prescriptions or food please stop in before Friday. We will be back to normal business hours on Monday.

Just a friendly reminder if your pet has food or medication that needs to be picked up before the holiday we are open until 6pm today. We will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and will return to normal business hours on Thursday the 26th. Merry Christmas to all our clients!

Hello everyone! Just a reminder we will be closed this upcoming Thursday 11/28 and Friday 11/29. Make sure to get in your food and medication orders in before then if needed. For any emergency cases, please contact Affiliated Veterinary Emergency Services in Allen Park or Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Southfield. We will be back in Saturday 11/30 from our normal Saturday hours 8:00am-1:00pm and then back Monday our normal hours from there. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
