GOOD DOG PAWS Good Dog's Fun and Focused Training is displayed in videos and pictures of our Doggie Daycare and Boarding fun. Room has a/c or heat. All details on website.

Our facility offers a complete approach to training your dog. Our program includes training for your dog’s mind and body that includes exercise, socialization, and manners in our fun and focused method. We offer Day & Train, Weekly Board & Train, Classes, Private Lessons, In-Home training, and Service Dog Training. Our dog rooms are attached or close to our house so they are always near for super

vising.
*Large Kennel Room: 11 indoor pens that are 5'x5'x6'. Outside 10 yards of varying size. 3 huge fenced yard 200'x200' for group running and play.
*Small Dog Kennel: Indside room is 30'x 12', a/c or heat. Outside yards are same as above. Great way to burn energy for the active dog.
*Indoor Outdoor Kennel for our service dogs in training. Program is Operation Save-A-Vet, Save-A-Pet with Franklin County Veterans Affairs.

Tripp was a rescue that came to his owners with pretty high anxiety, separation anxiety.

Separation anxiety and other types of anxiety must be viewed as a long term project.

His owners are working with him through training, structure, leadership, exercise ( physical and mental) and meds. And most importantly patience and time.

Here I am using a Treat Tosser to reward him with treats while he is calm and not barking/howling/crying. He is still staying in his pen and a person doesn’t have to go back and reward him, which could start his whining all over again. We had already conditioned Tripp to the sound of the Treat Tosser.

With anxiety, we want to capture moments of calm behavior and reward. Slowly moments can become minutes and eventually hours of calm .
