Hi all, meet Wink! He is a 3 year old, 175lb guy that is looking for a new home. He is struggling with one of the dogs in his current home.

You’ll notice in the photos Wink has only one eye (hence the name) the other was removed as a puppy because it was detached.

He appears to do okay with the more senior dog in the home but might be better on his own. He has not been around cats or any other animals.

Wink is neutered and current on vaccines. Wink needs someone willing to focus on training to help him be the best version of himself. He’s really like a big puppy, REALLY BIG!! 😁

UPDATE STILL IN NEED! COURTESY POST!

We’ve learned that Tobi is great with the dogs in his home but struggles when meeting new dogs. He was left alone for 4 days during the hurricane and it appears it’s caused him to develop situational anxiety. The family that rescued him is really trying to find the best fit for him.

If you have messaged us and are willing to allow Tobi to be the only dog while he recovers please reach out to us. We believe as he decompresses and regains confidence he will ease back into playing with other dogs. For now, he needs to be the only dog in the house. Cats seem to be okay.

This is Tobi, recently evacuated from Florida by a kind person who didn’t want him left behind. This little powerhouse is under 2 years old, he’s a small dude who is super energetic and looking for a family of his own.

The family that brought him to safety have senior dogs who are not digging all of his puppy energy.

Tobi likes the following:
Long romantic walks on the beach but has learned to leave the sand behind! He’s currently digging the grass here in Maryland!

Loves to kiss faces!

Loves to protect his home and notify of intruder’s 😁

He has been lost for 3 days and they’ve posted on multiple sites but no luck yet.

Meet Chewy, he’s a 4 year old Husky looking for a new, active home with a fenced in yard preferably.

He is neutered, current on vaccines. He gets along with other dogs, isn’t bothered by cats. He is leash and crate trained.

His current home is not able to provide him the exercise and attention he needs. He’s a great dog but deserves a family able to keep him busy.

Please help Zeus find a new home. His family downsized and he’s not adjusting well. He would do well in a home with a yard, other dog friends or a family/person with time to spend with him.

- Groomed every 2 mths
- Loves stuffed dog toys
- Not much on chew toys
- Loves nature walks
- Not too curious w/water
- Likes LOTS of attention
- Holds hands, hugs, cuddles, kisses, affection
- Shepherd/Lab mix
- Born 10/19/18 (4yrs)
- He is an amazing companion.
- Good with most strangers but prefers his leader.
- Great w/big dogs but scared and anxious with small dogs.
- Never around other animals (cats, etc)
- Nothing out of the norm w/this guy. Actually great overall. He really would do best with a yard or other dog buddies.

It is official - This baby is off the market!!! He has already settled into his new home and become best friends with the kids and furkids already in the home. They absolutely adore him 🥰

Rehoming for a Mastiff. Current owner is unable to provide Jacob with the room to run and exercise he needs for his age. He is a good dog, he loves to play, is great around children (except when he forgets how big he is 🙂) and is even good around the family rabbit!

Jacob is up-to-date on his vaccinations (paperwork would be provided) and is neutered. He is 2 years old.

Anyone interested in adopting Jacob should comment below or send us a PM. The information will then be provided to the current owner.

We are happy to announce that Esther found her ‘furever’ family!

She came to us a scared little girl, but blossomed into a confident social butterfly. She adapted quickly to living in a house and being pampered, like she should be.

Thank you Tammy and Donnie for giving Esther a wonderful home with lots of love and attention.

We are so thankful to be partnering once again with Howard's Art and Frames for their 16th annual Art for the Animals event!

🐶CALLING ALL ARTISTS!👨🏼‍🎨

This is our 16th year raising money for a local animal organization. This year we are raising money for For Otis Sake Rescue, Inc. In years past we have been able to raise over $3000.

To participate, stop by Howard’s and receive a 5x7 art board. Each art board is a $5 donation (Cash or check only). Create artwork on the board and bring it back to us by Sept. 17th. All entries get framed by Howard’s and hung in a silent auction where they will hang for about 3 weeks. NOTE: you do not need to be an experienced artist to participate! We have categories for amateur and professional artists!
