During the month of November, Sheep Draw Veterinary Hospital sponsored a fundraiser for the Weld County Food Bank, matching all donations dollar-for-dollar. Thanks to the generosity of our amazing clients, we collected $1,355. Today, Dr. Jordan Dewing, owner of Sheep Draw, was proud to present the Weld County Food Bank with a check for $2,710.

The Food Bank reports that for every $1.00 received, they are able to provide $6.00 worth of food. This means our donation has an estimated impact of $16,260 in food for our community!

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed. Your generosity and support has truly made a difference to our community.

Starting November 1st, 42 million people lost their SNAP benefits. And, that number doesn't count any of the federal workers who have been furloughed or worse, work without pay. 2700 of these people live in Northern Colorado. Sheep Draw Veterinary Hospital is fundraising in support of the Weld Food Bank for the month of November. Sheep Draw will match every donation dollar for dollar up to $2000 in donations. 100% of all donations will be given directly to the Weld Food Bank. If you are able to help, please call in or stop by and the front desk can accept your donation.
