This little pocket-sized patient has a BIG update to share…

Thanks to an incredible $2,075 in donations so far, we are just $425 away from unlocking our full $2,500 matching gift! 💙

That means if we can raise just $425 more, our generous donor will match the full $2,500 — and together, we’ll reach the $5,000 we need for an incubator, oxygen concentrator, nebulizers and supplies to help our Animal Health team care for some of the tiniest and most vulnerable lives that come through our doors.

🎂 Remember Natalia’s birthday wish?

When we celebrated our long-term resident’s birthday, there was really only one thing Natalia wanted…

After all the days of waiting, all the people who loved her along the way, and all the times we hoped this would be the one… Natalia left Save-A-Pet with a family to call her own. 💜🐾

Lance Bass completed his radiation therapy at Veterinary Specialty Center and received his certificate for being such a good patient. He is now back with us. What he needs now is a permanent foster home. Save-A-Pet will continue to coordinate and pay for his cancer treatment. Please share in order to find this big guy a home!

Some of the tiniest lives that come through our doors need the biggest level of care.

Newborn kittens and puppies can arrive unable to regulate their own body temperature, struggling to breathe, or needing round-the-clock feeding and medical support. Our Animal Health team does everything they can with the tools they have — warming tiny bodies, providing oxygen when needed, syringe and tube feeding, monitoring, and fighting right alongside them.

Now, we want to give them an even better way to fight. 💚

We’re raising $5,000 for a lifesaving incubator and the equipment needed to support some of our most fragile patients.

And right now, your gift can go twice as far. Thanks to a generous donor, donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $2,500! ❤️

OK, who doesn't love an empanada, but we don't think you've ever seen one quite as adorable as our Empanada. Not only is he a velvety soft beauty, he's also playful and ready for some pets and will reward you with the sweetest purr. He is currently at the PetSmart in Kildeer and shares his condo with two sweet little girls, Bruh and Dude. He's a lover, not a fighter, but he does like to get sassy with those siblings! (We can relate.) He'd love to get adopted with one of them or even both of them. The second adoption fee is 50% off. Come meet Empanada and company. You may just end up adopting a new buddy (or two, or three). Kittens are a responsibility, but also a lot of fun!
