This year I’m excited to explore different color palettes with my flowers. Last year I didn’t really have different varieties to pair together. I just kinda threw them all together. This year I have so many different varieties of flowers. Excited to get creative!

This dahlia is from my first year growing in 2024.
I loved the look of these collarette dahlias so much but they did not last long in the vase whatsoever so I haven’t grown them again. It could’ve been because I grew them from seed and they needed a couple years to develop a stronger plant. But it just wasn’t worth it for me to keep growing them when petals fell off super easily and lasted about 2 days in the vase. But they are so dang pretty and unique! Thinking about maybe buying some of these tubers and trying again (in a different variety), what do you think?! Should I try again?
