It's the most wonderful time of the year......and we've got the very best local stuff you can possibly imagine!

One of our all time favorite salads is in season, with everything available LOCALLY right now from our incredible farmers. Grab tomatoes from Heidi's Farmstand and Bakery Crisp Country Acres or Shalini Farms and add Wells Orchards peaches for the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Fresh sprouts from Crisp or 1st Micro Greenery plus big balls of burrata from The Cheese People of Grand Rapids. Drizzle it all with white peach balsamic vinegar from Old World Olive Co. and you have summer perfection on your plate.

1st Micro Greenery is a MAEAP verified, urban farm, located at the corner of First and Broadway NW, Grand Rapids Michigan. We have developed a product that allows you to pull the entire plant from a cup, ready to eat, roots and all. All the packaging is compostable or recyclable. Because they are living plants they do not need to be refrigerated, they only need water to continue to grow.

We plant organic seeds in organic plant fiber and use purified water. Only using the nutrients from the seed, these living plants are as pure and fresh as it gets. Let us grow some food for you!
