Do you know how to check if zinnias are ready to harvest? Just give them a little wiggle. If the stems are firm and sturdy, they’re good to go! If they’re floppy on top, they’re not quite ready.

Taking a stroll through the city garden. Making a mental inventory of what I’ve got blooming for Monday’s shares. Enjoying a peaceful morning in the city before I head to work in the secret garden all weekend.
