Hey everybody!!! The Grand Opening for the NEW ANIMAL SHELTER is getting closer (still TBD). We have decided that we are going to do a silent auction at the opening and if anyone would like to donate something to the auction, we would greatly appreciate it!! We are going around and asking businesses but we don't want to miss out on anyone who would like to be a part of the auction🥰. Please PM us. All proceeds will get us closer to our final goal of $2.7 million. As always, we appreciate each and everyone of you!!!!

Don't forget our garage sale is happening next Saturday, September 5 from 8-1:30. No early birds. We will have everything you would ever need for your animals (kennels-limit 2, bowls, nail clippers, bark collars, collars, etc.) as well as some Miscellaneous items. All proceeds go to the new animal shelter build.

❤️❤️❤️ the Grand Opening is coming sooner than later. Grab your shirt while we still have some:))))

Exciting news! We’re now selling our Grand Opening T-shirts as another fundraiser to help us get closer to our final goal.
If you purchase a shirt (Indigo Blue/100% cotton/short sleeve/unisex) and are able to attend our grand opening, date and time still TBD( hopefully early September ish), we’d love for you to wear it to the event.
We’re also planning a walk from the old shelter to the new shelter before the grand opening. It’s about 1.2 ish miles, and everyone is welcome to join. This won’t be a race - just a meaningful way to honor the love, memories, and support tied to our old shelter while carrying all of that love and positivity into the new one.

Shirts can be purchased with cash or check at the animal shelter. You can also pay by credit card online @ gcpetpals.org (under the shop tab) and then pick it up at the shelter.

Pricing:
One shirt: $25
Each additional shirt in the same transaction: $20

Mailing is also available for an additional shipping fee.
Please PM us if you are interested in purchasing one and we will have it ready for when you come to pick it up at the shelter. 🙂
As always, thank you for supporting our small nonprofit. This new shelter would not exist without this community, and we are so grateful for every person who has helped us get here!

ON TRIAL!!!!! YAY!!!!

Meet Creamsicle. He is an almost 1 yr old, orange tiger, who is looking for his forever home. Creamsicle is a very friendly, lovable and fun boy. His owners left him behind when they moved and thankfully a Good Samaritan was able to grab him and bring him to the shelter. Please call the animal shelter if you would like to meet him. 970-887-2988

Hello! Until we get the old shelter cleaned out and all of our items moved to the new shelter, we can no longer take any donations of supplies at this time. We truly appreciate your generosity and we will let you know when we can start taking donations again when we are moved into the new place. Thanks for understanding. WOW!!! What an amazing day we had at the 'Vettes and Pets' event in Grand Lake. We made twice as much as what we had made last year. WOOT!!! It truly was a fun filled event!!! We can not thank Colorado Corvette Club enough for having us and having such an amazing venue. Thank you everybody who donated to our cause and thank you everybody who registered their corvette for this event. It was a day filled with beautiful cars, gorgeous weather, lots of precious furs and tons of wonderful and generous animal loving and caring people. Again, Many thanks for supporting our cause and helping us get closer to the our goal for the new shelter build.
