On behalf of GCPP, we want to thank Devil's Thumb Ranch for offering the generous matching donation program to help us build our new animal shelter for Grand County. Their willingness to match donations sparked so much generosity from our donors and it greatly increased the contributions. The matching program ends tonight and we are forever grateful to Devil's Thumb Ranch and everybody who has donated.
GCPP thanks Devil's Thumb Ranch and all of you for sharing our commitment to assure that Grand County has a shelter that we can all be proud of that helps our homeless and transitional animals in our community for years to come.
We are so appreciative of your confidence in Pet Pals and all that we do.

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the recent loss of Dr Brooks and offer condolences to family, friends and his many pet parents. Following the recent closure of another nearby practice, this is a difficult time for pet owners and veterinary professionals alike.

Our clinic is working to support the community during this transition by temporarily adding additional hours and staff. Please be aware that wait times may be longer than usual. We have contacted several alternative service providers who may also be able to assist. A listing is on our website.

Please be advised that a veterinarian is required to have a vet/client/patient relationship (VCPR) before medicine can be prescribed -- this means the pet must be examined prior to a prescription being given.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding as we work together through this sad time.

This is why it is so important to spay/neuter your animals. If you need financial assistance, please go to our website (gcpetpals.org) and fill out the financial aid form. Pet Pals will e-mail you back as soon as they can to let you know if you qualify. Thanks for helping with stopping the overpopulation problem.
