Happy Tuesday! Many of you have known about our recent health issues. This has affected our lives in so many different ways. Unfortunately, the latest development has affected Maria to the point of coming to the decision that we will no longer continue with Clean K9 Grooming in Grand County. Many of her doctors appointments and therapies are in Denver, which makes it easier to relocate. We had hoped to try to continue the service that is so desperately needed in the county but it has been very challenging finding reliable groomers. Maria is hoping to get through her last groomings during this upcoming month of October before the weather changes. This means that there will be many of you who will not be able to see us one last time. We are also still trying to reschedule those who lost their appointments due to the departure of our last groomer. To all of you, we apologize. More than likely, we will not be able to get you back in. We are still reviewing our list in hopes of finding availability. However, please do what is best for your doggie. If another groomer is found, take advantage to keep your doggies healthy. We will begin to dismantle the self wash area in mid-October. It would be good practice to call before arriving to check availability. On a personal note, over the past 8+ years, please know that we have enjoyed every doggie moment. If you didn’t know this by now, Maria loves all her doggies. She was always very satisfied at the end of the day after seeing her doggies. She will miss them all. As for me, if you didn’t know, I have somewhat of a fear of doggies but this was excellent therapy for me. I have also grown very fond of our doggie clients.
