Following a traditional flat racing career with 4 consecutive wins from debut as a 2YO, Hermitage Farm Bred, Raised and Sold FLASH FROZEN has found a new path. After an unfortunate end in a stakes race in September 2025, FLASH FROZEN re-emerged on the hurdle race scene. Today at Rosie's Gaming and Colonial Downs, FLASH FROZEN defeated 9 rivals after being bumped at the start!

As a farm dedicated to raising and selling thoroughbreds, we always root for our horses through their careers, but we especially love seeing them excel away from the racetrack. Hermitage Farm Foaled, Raised and Sold Graduate KISS ME HARDY was sold as yearling at Fasig-Tipton. She went one to earn more than $175,000 in 24 starts, racing primarily in the Northeastern US circuits.

After retiring in late 2025, KISS ME HARDY began a new kind of career with Matarese. She can now add Champion Walk/Trot and Walk/Trot/Canter Green Horse divisions to resume - all in her first show! We can't wait to see what she does next.
