Hearing that pet owners are traveling hours to see us is very heartwarming. Our team is passionate about what we do.

✨️ Cali ✨️

This sleepy puppy came in to have her MALOCCLUSION (class 2 - overbite) evaluated at just 4 months of age 💕

Her lower jaw is shorter than her upper jaw causing her teeth to occlude (close) inappropriately and was causing soft tissue trauma to the roof of her mouth. Ouch!⚡️

We successfully removed her lower deciduous (baby) canine teeth to immediately correct her painful occlusion and allow for the adult teeth to erupt.

Setting up expectations with our pet owners is very important in malocclusion cases. We advised Cali's owner that her adult teeth will likely need to be addressed around 7-8 months of age. This can include more extractions and vital pulp therapy to preserve her canines. 🦷

Does your pet have an overbite or underbite? It's NOT normal and typically needs to be addressed. Give us a call at (623) 255 - 1455 to discuss ☎️

😺 Meet Kitten

This brave, 11 month old, intact male cat came to us a few weeks ago for an evaluation of his mouth and abnormal stertorous breathing pattern.

We tested for FIV, FeLV, and numerous upper respiratory infections. He was previously treated with Amoxicillin multiple times with his full service veterinarian.

He came back positive for Mycoplasma felis and Doxycycline treatment was started for 2 weeks prior to his scheduled procedure with us.

We were able to neuter, vaccinate, treat the Mycoplasma felis infection, scale and polish his teeth due to juvenile gingivitis, and successfully remove this large, quarter-sized nasopharngeal polyp! 👌

Kitten is reportedly doing FANTASTIC at home. He is energetic, breathing normally, and eating well 🤍

Another successful story for sweet, sweet Kitten!
