Long post! But worth the read!
With summer fast approaching, we have been getting a lot of requests for boarding! We have very limited availability this summer and spots are filling up fast, so if you are planning a trip don't hesitate to reach out! As much as we would love to try and accomadate everyone, we take a limited amount of dogs to ensure a stress free environment and to make sure every dog gets plenty of love and attention while here. So once we are full, we are full!
A lot of time, energy, love and care goes into taking care of your babies while you are away. We ensure everyone gets lots of outdoor playtime, individual attention, snuggles as well as pictures and updates. I am a one man show and am also raising our kiddos as well as managing a few other things so our schedule will be more limited so I can make sure to give everyone the proper care and attention they all deserve as well as being there for my family!
We take immense pride in our care for all of the dogs that stay with us. We keep a very structured schedule in order to have everything flow smoothly and to ensure a stress free environment for your babies while also allowing them to get the most playtime possible. That is why it is very important that you are on time for your scheduled drop off and pick up times and communicate with me if you are running late. This is also why we schedule drop off and pick up times atleast 24 hours in advance so I can plan our day accordingly. I do run this business so I can stay home with my kids and my time is valuable. So please be respectful and communicate if you are running behind.
I also do not want to have to charge deposits. We completely understand that life happens and plans change but please understand we are a small home boarding center with very limited spaces. We are not a big facility that has endless spaces. We do fill up and we hold your spot and end up turning away other clients in the process, so when you cancel last minute or shorten your stay we are stuck with an empty kennel that could have been filled. So again, please just be respectful and communicate with me. I always do my best to work with you all as much as I can but understand as much as I love what I do, this is my livelihood as well.
With that being said, we have a few spaces left for June and our July schedule is filling up. We only have 1 spot left for 4th of July and we have very limited availability for August as we have a funeral to attend to! We will also be closed for Labor day as of now. We have had a few people ask us to let them know what days we will be closed so they can book their trips around that. While we definitely don't expect our clients to work around our schedule, we truly appreciate those of you that do and trust us so much with your babies! We couldn't do this without all of you and we truly appreciate all your continued support! 🐾💕
