Born March 10, 2019, Tripp Sessions-Shadrick passed away after a sudden illness on September 1, 2025. Even though his time with his family was short, it was happy and fulfilling.

Tripp came to his forever family, Brittany and Dustin, as small puppy. They traveled to Denver to get him since they were specifically looking for a Pomeranian to complete their family. Tripp was a perfect fit!

Tripp’s quirkiness was adored by his family; his happy, lazy attitude and his ability to match pitch when howling with his mom were some of his best features. Tripp enjoyed life and like dogs do, shared his enthusiasm with everyone he could. Car rides, going for walks, and camping were high on his list of favorite activities. And he especially loved howling with his mom – they made great music together.

Tripp, also fondly known as ‘Tripp-a roo-mac-a-roo macaroni & cheese’ will be greatly missed by his loved ones: Brittany & Dustin; Nevaeh, Skylar, & Ashton; and Roxie & Dixie. Tripp always greeted his family with his handsome smiles. The memory of those smiles will forever be in their hearts.

Tripp’s family is finding peace in knowing that he has been reunited with his girl, Meadow, as well as the knowledge that they too will reunite with him in the afterlife. Rest in peace Tripp.

Luca. His full registered name was Royal Luca James Sullivan. Yes, there's a story behind that moniker! But he was called Luca.
He was born on May 11, 2022 Deceased on May 15, 2025
Pomeranian, chocolate sable in color.

My sister's friend occasionally bred Pom puppies. Luca was one of her litters, the sole survivor of the 2 born. I was trying to convince myself I did not need another puppy; she was determined I was going to have him, or so my sister tells me. I finally decided to check on him, and of course once you meet, it's all over. And I suddenly realized how much I really wanted a puppy. He was our 6th Pomeranian and joined Rainier at home.

Luca was the easiest puppy ever. I would actually see him sleep. Rainier is the opposite, I never see him sleep, he's way too aware of everything all the time. If I wanted to play, yes Ma'am, Luca is on it. If you wanted a break, great, he would lay and play peacefully by himself, like a little otter. Everything he did made us laugh. He was smart and easy to train. He went to bed the first night, slept all night, and that was that. Every night. (Rainier was still getting us up in the middle of the night like a newborn child. He only gave that up a year ago, and he's just turning 8!) He did like to put EVERYTHING in his mouth, especially as a puppy. In the end, that was his demise.

Luca loved squeaker toys more than anything, except maybe food. He always had something in his mouth and would carry toys around. My house looked like a toddler human lived here with all the toys scattered about. We called him the Ninja, he could just disappear and reappear, and you never knew where he went, or where he came from. Of all my dogs, he is the one that made me create a totally fenced dog yard. He was my cuddliest Pom and loved to lay on top of Wade in the recliner.

Luca did have champion blood lines. Not that I cared, but it did mean he had the fullest, most beautiful coat. He was a chocolate sable, and there was a LOT of hair in that coat. I don't know that his groomers always appreciated it.

Luca was my soul dog. I miss him staring at me with those soulful eyes, hanging out with me, and just being an awesome companion. I miss the toys around the house, and I miss his silly, happy, chill personality. His Pomeranian happy face was epic. We miss him terribly, and the world is still spinning a little off kilter without him here. Thank you for helping us say goodbye.

Sammie Krummreich ♥️🐾💔
The Original Bestest, Goodest Girl

For ten years and four months, Sammie filled our lives with endless love and joy. She came to us with a heart full of hope and ears softer than anything we'd ever felt. Despite having lived a rough life before, you’d never know it from the way she loved... with her whole, enormous hound dog heart.

Sammie wasn’t just a dog. She was family. She was comfort on the hard days, a tail-wagging welcome on the good ones, and a constant reminder that even after a rough beginning, joy is possible, and love is always worth it.

Her tail—oh, that tail—never, ever stopped wagging. Through every moment, no matter what life brought, it was a little flag of happiness, reminding us all to keep going and keep loving.

She loved her yard, claiming it as her domain. Sammie was the neighborhood watch dog, barking loudly at anyone who walked by or approached her fence, but always wagging her tail to let them know that even in her vigilant protection, there was nothing but love in her heart.

She was the original bestest, goodest girl, a title she held with grace, joy, and unwavering loyalty. She gave us over a decade of unforgettable companionship, filled with warmth, love, and the kind of connection only a dog like Sammie could give. She loved us fiercely, and we loved her right back.

There will never be another like her.
We miss you so much, sweet girl. Thank you for choosing us.
Run and bark free, Sammie.

Survived by her loving human Mama and Daddy, Tanya and Jim; her human siblings, Tessa, Joel, Winter, and Jake; her puppy sister Norah; and her kitty siblings, Loki, Jasmine, Sophie, and Freyja—each of whom carries a piece of her spirit and will always keep her memory alive.

Born in March of 2006, Abigail ‘Abby’ Dobitz passed away May 25, 2025, after a long battle with kidney disease. Abby lived in this earthly realm for 19 years and although that is a long life for a cat it was much too short for her adoring family.

Abby, a lovely calico, came to her family, Drew and Angel Dobitz, as a kitten through adoption at the local shelter in Gillette, Wyoming. Abby’s sassy and independent personality was shown through from the beginning. She quickly became notorious for biting people who were petting her. And she made her preferences known. For instance, she wanted to drink out of sinks exclusively, preferably the bathroom sink. If this wasn’t an option, she wanted ice cubes in her water dish. Abby enjoyed many activities including laying on hot concrete in the summer, laying in the bed with her family, and laying on the couch between her family’s legs.

In addition to laying many places, Abby loved eating her kitty treats. At any opportunity she would try to lead family members to her treat dish. These opportunities included when her family would arrive home, when her family would get out of bed in the morning, and any other time she could get someone to follow her that way. If no opportunity occurred, Abby would make her own! Some nights while Drew and Angel were sleeping Abby would howl until they woke and fed her treats or turned the sink on so she could get a drink. Even though it was annoying at the time, her family will always fondly remember Abby waking them at any hour to meet her needs.

Abby will forever be missed by her humans Angel, Drew, & Maikyla Dobitz; JR Albers; and her feline sister Malley. She was a sassy, independent and loyal cat who will be forever missed and always in their hearts. We hope she is reunited with her feline sisters Sydney and Snow Belle in the next realm and they are all having fun in kitty heaven. Rest in peace, Abby.

Kody Foster, a beloved companion and family member, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loved ones February 27, 2025. She will always be remembered for her kind and loving nature.

Kody lived a hard first year of life, spending time as a stray and in shelters in both Texas and Wyoming. She was then united with her forever family, Leah and Lyle Foster, in 2015. Leah and Lyle helped her achieve good health, including getting her back to a normal weight after being very emaciated, and helped to bring out her wonderful personality.

Kody had a very happy life filled with activities after joining the Foster family. In typical dog style she loved everything she did, but some of her true favorites were wrestling with her fur sister, Lilli; playing ‘hands’ with her dad; and “babysitting” baby Creed. She also took extreme pleasure in eating!

Kody has many who will miss her, but those who were especially close to include her Mom & Dad, Kaitlyn (sister), Connor, Creed (her favorite little boy) and her fur sister, Lilli. They feel fortunate to have many wonderful memories of Kody. Remembering activities like camping in the mountains, car rides, and long walks, as well as her snuggles, her ability to immediately calm you, and how much she loved laying in the sun. Her family will keep her with them in their hearts and memories!

In addition to all she did for her family, Kody also contributed to the betterment of the wider world. Being part Pitbull Terrier, her desire for attention and petting led her to meet many people and her gentle affectionate personality made her an excellent ambassador for her breed. Rest in peace, Kody.

After a brave battle against degenerative joint disease, Riley Mcferrin passed out of this earthly realm on February 25, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Riley, a large Shepard Husky mix, came to the Mcferrin family at age 7, when they adopted him through facebook. Riley was a classic gentle giant with a calm and loving nature. One of his favorite activities was greeting people. No one escaped his welcome if he could help it, and his kind demeanor put everyone at ease.

Gabryella, Nova, Lucky, Pistachio, Kiki, and Gary will always miss Riley. His family will fondly remember Riley’s howling at anyone who walked behind his house. Even though it sounded like screaming, they all knew it was actually a howl. Riley’s proclivity for eating the delicious treats the rabbits would leave for him in the back yard will always make them smile. He considered them a true delicacy.

Riley lived for 8 years after becoming part of the Mcferrin family and they are very grateful for the time they were given with him. It will take some time for them to adjust to the empty feeling in their house without him there. They like to think that Riley is having the best time in the afterlife chasing anything he sees and running like the wind. Rest in peace, Riley.

Presley, adored companion of the Culey Family, passed out of this earthly realm January 18, 2025. Presley was a loving chocolate Labrador Retriever who in typical Lab fashion loved eating and her family, not necessarily in that order.

After a short struggle with his health, beloved family member, Diesel Hague, passed out of this realm surrounded by loved ones on January 6, 2025. At only 7 years of age, he was taken too soon.

Diesel was sought out by his family as a puppy. When they came to visit his litter, he was the only one to venture over to where they were seated. He stole their hearts and they decided to make him a family member.

Diesel’s goofy, loving nature was completely endearing to his family. He enjoyed car rides, tug of war, fetch and snuggling with his humans. The Hague family has a neighbor daughter, Kaidyn, who comes over on a regular basis; Diesel loved her and was always excited to see her. He also loved to ‘sing’ with his girls whenever they played their instruments – the whole family enjoyed and will always remember Diesel’s ‘singing’.

Diesel will be remembered by all those who knew and loved him as a dog who gave Pitbulls a good reputation. Travis, Meagan, Tayler, McKenna will always remember him fondly and hope to someday be reunited with him in the afterlife. Rest in peace Diesel.
