We’re Not Your Average Pet Sitting Company 🐾
When most people hear Fur Baby Care MN, they probably think pet sitting, drop in visits, and dog walking. And yes, we absolutely do all of that, but what we do goes way beyond traditional pet sitting. ❤️
Some days we’re caring for cats and dogs. Other days it might be parrots, lizards, frogs, snakes, scorpions, other exotics, or farm animals. Fur, feathers, scales, we’ve had a lot of different animals in our care over the years! 😂
We also help with wildlife situations when we’re able. Just a couple examples of things we’ve actually done include helping with baby raccoons and transporting otters, and those are definitely not the only unusual situations we’ve found ourselves in! 🦝🦦
🚙 We provide USDA certified pet transportation, including cross country ground transportation, and we also offer flight nanny services for pets traveling by air.
🏥 We’ve helped families with transportation to veterinary care, including those unexpected situations when someone simply needs help getting their pet where they need to go.
🌈 We provide afterlife transportation, helping families during one of the hardest moments of pet ownership.
💍 We’ve worked as a Pet Wedding Attendant, helping couples include their pets in their special day, transportation, handling them during photos and the ceremony, potty breaks, keeping them comfortable, and safely getting them home afterward.
🐾 We’ve helped locate and assist with runaway dogs when families needed an extra set of eyes and hands.
❤️ Sometimes what we do is as simple as helping a senior safely get their dog into a vehicle.
🐱🐶 And sometimes we’re that extra set of hands during births with cats, dogs, and farm life. Definitely not the glamorous side of animal care, but sometimes it’s part of caring for animals. 😂
I’ve personally been working with and caring for animals for 23 years, and over those years I’ve learned that animal care rarely fits neatly into one little box.
We’re Fear Free Certified and trained in Pet First Aid and CPR, and whether it’s an everyday pet sitting visit or one of those, “Well, I definitely didn’t expect to be doing THIS today!” situations, we do our best to be there when animals and their people need us. ❤️🐾
One day it might be a normal cat visit.
The next day it’s a wedding.
Then suddenly it’s, “Okay, apparently we’re dealing with baby raccoons today.” 😂
