🎉 Today is a very special day—it's Dr. Tritsch's birthday! 🎉

We always joke that we can never find Dr. Tritsch at work, and that's because he's always on the move. He genuinely cares about his clients and patients and truly enjoys catching up with you while caring for your pets. Sometimes we catch him in the doorway and have to nudge him along to see his next room, but he loves what he does, and it shows. 🤝

Dr. Tritsch is the OG of CKVC. 💚 🐾 He has been a part of our clinic family for 35 years and is always thinking about what's next. Whether it's a new idea, a better process, or a way to improve the experience for our clients, he's constantly looking for ways to make our practice better. He cares deeply about his team, too, and is always looking for ways to show his appreciation for our staff.

His passion for veterinary medicine is contagious. 🩺🐶🐱 Whether he realizes it or not, he has taught all of us so much over the years through his knowledge, experience, and dedication.

Most importantly, he is a husband, father, and proud "Pop Pop." 💕 While we know him as Dr. Tritsch, those who know him best know how much he loves spending time with his family. When he's not at the clinic, you'll likely find him enjoying time at the lake with them during the summer and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats in the winter. 🚤 💙
And of course, we can't forget his little sidekick, Ella, who usually comes to work with him every day. 🐾🐶

🥳 We hope you have the happiest birthday, Dr. Tritsch! 🎂

Happy International Chihuahua Appreciation Day! 🐾💚

As you can see, we LOVE our Chihuahuas here at CKVC! These pups may be tiny in size, but they’re overflowing with confidence, personality, and love... and every now and then, you might get a little nibble too! 😆

Whether they’re bold and sassy, sweet and snuggly, or somewhere in between, Chihuahuas always know how to leave a lasting impression. Today, we’re celebrating all the Chis who keep us smiling and remind us that the biggest personalities sometimes come in the smallest packages.

Got a Chihuahua with a big personality? We want to see them! Share your favorite photo in the comments below. 🐾✨🐶
