15 yr old Paint Gelding that stands 14.3 hands tall. Very friendly and sweet. Loves people and easy to get along with. Stands tied stands for a bath and the farrier. Stands good to be saddled and groomed too. Broke to ride and has absolutely no buck or rear what so ever. He doesn’t know anything fancy but will walk trot and lope right off when you ask him too. If you are looking for a horse to go trail ride on that is never gonna buck you off or do stupid stuff and go anywhere you point him HERE HE IS‼️‼️
He is not spooky at all about anything and goes anywhere you point him. He loads and unloads with no issues. He has clean legs good feet and 100% sound in every way. And barefoot. He is honest as they come. He would work for a confident beginner just fine. For info contact Emily 214-718-9057

2 yr old Bay Roan Gelding(recently gelded) stands 15.1 hands tall. Gorgeous and sound. Has an old cut on the inside of his hind leg. Does not affect his soundness. Will probably leave a scar. Shadow is a 3 yr old American Shetland and AMHA Miniature C**t that stands 36 inches tall. Very sweet and gentle. Some of the last pics are him when he was a year old when we used him for a petting zoo that had over 1500 kids. He was sleeping on a stuffed Easter bunny taking a nap. There were kids laying down with him too ❤️He has been out running in the pasture with all the horses and donkeys for the past year acting like he’s a big boy !!! He has the most gorgeous bright blue eyes you’ve ever seen!!! He has had two babies this year and both had bright blue eyes just like him. He is very well halterbroke and leads very well. It’s time for him to be gelded and broke to ride or drive or keep him a stud and get some beautiful babies out of him. He had papers and was double registered but his papers got lost when we moved and I cannot remember his registered name. So he is grade now. Please contact Emily for info 214-718-9057

〰️Welcome to Lone Star Kill Pen and Auction Horses. We are happy that you are here and are considering working with us.〰️

The equine listed on the page are in different stages of their journey and quarantine is highly recommended for any new equine. Please make sure that you read the description in its entirety and feel free to message the page with any questions you may have.

We do allow approved fundraising as long as it is done in a reasonable amount of time with a reputable group.

✅We require half down deposit to hold a horse. And that allows for 3 days to pay the remaining balance in full. Deposits are absolutely non refundable no matter what the situation is unless approved by the owner. If remaining balance is not paid by the end of the 3rd day the deposit will be forfeited and the horse will be available to the next person in line. Any deposit that is forfeited will follow that horse to lower amount to the next person interested. No exceptions.

We are open 7 days a week but you must schedule to see or pick up horses.

We answer messages as soon as we possibly can.

❤️Meet Zack❤️ is a 13 year old gelding that stands 14 hands tall. He is a dark liver chestnut and wide as he is tall. Zack was used to doctor cattle all his life and has worked in a feed yard for years. He is easy to catch,easy to saddle and do anything you want to with him. He is a finished calf horse but has not been roped on in a couple years. He is perfect to swing a rope on and you can pasture rope on him too! Zack is one of those once in a lifetime horses that are been there done that and amazing! He has also ran the barrels a few times and done perfect every time! He will slow lope right off and lope as slow as a walk! He is a nice horse and not one you will come across often! You can use a flag on him,ride him bareback,and ride him with a rope around his neck! He has been trail ridden EVERYWHERE , swam in the lake, across creeks,and in any and every environment you can think of. He is blind in his right eye from a piece of hay poking him a few years ago but It does not bother him the slightest bit. He is not scared or spooky about anything what so ever. You can shave a bridle path and all his whiskers without even a halter on him. He loads and unloads perfectly. When he was 3 yrs old he had an injury to his back right foot on the heel so you have to keep shoes at least on that foot. And keep him done every six to 8 weeks. As long as you keep his foot done it does not bother him at all. He does not require shoes on his front feet but we have always had them done too. He is as honest as they come and will never ever do anything to get you hurt. If you want a sweet dependable safe horse you won’t find one any better than he is. And so much fun to ride. We have owned him for the last 5 yrs but we don’t ever have time for him any more and someone would enjoy him so much we feel he deserves to be someone’s special horse.
