Ferry Farm Animal Clinic is hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) to join our busy, collaborative small animal practice that has proudly served the Fredericksburg area for over 40 years!

✨ What makes this roll different?

🐾 5 day work week
🐾 NO weekends
🐾 $21-$27/hr based on experience
🐾 Strong mentorship for new grads & developing technicians
🐾 Dentistry, surgery, anesthesia, c-sections & neonatal care
🐾 Advanced tools including surgical laser, ultrasound, and laser therapy
🐾 Positive team culture focused on learning and growth

We’re looking for a technician who wants more than “just a job” - someone excited to build a long-term career in veterinary medicine and continue developing their clinical skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment!

🎓 New LVTs encouraged to apply!
🩵 Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), CE allowance + 4 paid CE days, license reimbursement, pet discounts, and more!
