Over the past year, this monthly contest has helped raise over $40,000 for hundreds of rescues nationwide — and your dog could be featured next.

With a HEAVY HEAVY HEART we loss our Founder/Director's 14yr Bella at 1:43am!

Bella was fine and just suddenly she wasn't and Bella passed away at home with her Mommy's arms around her 😢💔🫶
Bella passed with her Mommy, family around her at home, and so calming, & very peaceful.

I know her Mommy is devastated 💔 with a broken heart 💔 but grateful for her peaceful passing with her arms around her.

Bella had such a loving family, and enjoyed all her BYE BYE rides, the country life she enjoyed running on.

RIP sweet Bella and Her Mommy will see her again one day!!

Thank you Bella for Helping save so many Castaways through the 14yrs with your Mommy.

You'll never be forgotten ❤️

CCR is dedicating 1 of our buildings in her name! Bella deserves that, she helped calm & relax so many new dogs that came in scared!

Meet our 2.5yr mini boxer girl Bristol!

OMG Bristol is a HUGE LOVER!

Bristol is a beautiful 40lb seal Boxer, She's a small boxer.

Bristol is a amazing loving fur baby, She loves all attention from adults and kids.

Bristol prefers to be the only big doggie in home, she's (ok to walk with other dogs) but gets jealous in home area, so we're going ask to respect her feelings and be only big doggie in home so she can get all the loving ❤️

She doesn't mind our cat, or our little chihuahua.

Bristol is potty trained and crate trained 😉

Loves to be with you anywhere and everywhere ❤️
We call it "Velcro Boxer girl"...
A 6ft fence required for her to enjoy at a home 😉 but a
Apartment ok (not a barker) apartment complex must be approved!

Meet Oreo 🖤🤍 — now 8 months old and still waiting for his forever family.

Oreo is a sweet, playful Border Collie mix whose story almost ended before it truly began. At the very last minute, he and his brother were saved from euthanasia and given a second chance at life.

Today, Oreo is thriving in foster care. He’s smart, affectionate, fun-loving, and full of puppy joy. He loves to play, loves attention, and has so much love to share with a family of his own. ❤️
