Meet Oreo: The Gentle Giant in Training. Oreo is ready to find his "forever" family! He has been in ARPO’s care since he was just one week old, and after plenty of love and socialization, he is almost ready to graduate from foster care to your living room. True to his name, this handsome black-and-white boy is the biggest in his litter. Based on his sturdy paws and growth so far, we expect him to grow into quite a large, impressive cat. Oreo is the king of the "rough-and-tumble"—he loves nothing more than wrestling with his siblings and chasing after toys. When playtime is over, Oreo’s softer side comes out. He is a total sweetheart who enjoys cuddles and is excellent with children. If you are looking for a playful companion with a big heart (and a big purr to match), Oreo is your guy!

Meet Toast: The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread If you’re looking for a kitten who is as warm and comforting as his name suggests, meet Toast! This handsome tabby looks just like a miniature version of his mama, sporting those classic, beautiful stripes. Toast and his siblings have been in foster care since they were tiny one-week-old nuggets, meaning he is incredibly well-socialized and ready to transition seamlessly into a forever home. Toast is a high-energy "morning person" who loves to spend his days wrestling with his siblings or showing his toys who’s boss. He’s got a curious spirit and an adventurous heart, making him the perfect companion for a household that enjoys a bit of kitten mischief. Whether it’s a feather wand or a crinkle ball, Toast is always the first one in the game. However, once the timer dings and playtime is over, Toast turns into a total love-bug. He is exceptionally cuddly and is wonderful with children, making him an ideal fit for a family looking for a social, affectionate pet. Say hello to Rose Quartz! She is a timid little tabby that enjoys spending a majority of her time watching from afar. She is learning how to find more comfort in her surroundings, and I think she would flourish in a quieter household where she can really work on establishing a strong connection with her person. Once she does get to know you, she is a very sweet kitten. This gal is fully vetted including: vaccinations according to her age, deworming medication dosages, f***l screenings/treatments, FeLV/FIV combo testing, a spay surgery, a microchip, and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Additionally, Rose has spent the last few weeks in a home learning how to be a true house cat. She is litter box trained, and she has been exposed and socialized with the current resident animals in her foster home: dogs and cats of various ages and sizes. While she is a bit shyer, she does tolerate being around the zoo that she is currently residing in very well, given her disposition. She is looking for someone to pluck her out of the hustle and bustle of her current abode and help her find refuge in a quiet sanctuary. Are you the keeper of the safe haven she is looking for?

Say hello to Amethyst! She is a beautifully spirited little tabico that enjoys spending a majority of her time climbing and exploring her surroundings so that she can oversee the whereabouts of all of her littermates. She is, without a doubt, the boss in this group of littles. While she is very social and loves to say hi to any and all people/animals that cross her path, she prefers that it be on her own terms. She is a sassy little lady, and she will always keep her person smiling. This gal is fully vetted including: vaccinations according to her age, deworming medication dosages, f***l screenings/treatments, FeLV/FIV combo testing, a spay surgery, a microchip, and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Additionally, Amethyst has spent the last few weeks in a home learning how to be a true house cat. Romeo was originally a TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release). He was way too sweet to let back outside. He would be a wonderful house cat & great companion. Romeo is extremely affectionate. You’ll find him licking your hands and fingers, almost like he’s petting you back. Sometimes he’ll sit there with his tounge sticking straight out.

This is Rajah's second visit to our cat foster home at Nine Lives Café & Cat Lounge! Let's get her adopted into her forever home this time!

Rajah is an incredibly sweet and gentle cat. She loves being petted and will happily soak up affection, but she’s just as content quietly keeping you company. Rajah thrives in a calmer home where she can relax and observe (outside sunshine and critters especially). She gets along well with both cats and dogs, those with lower energy or smaller sizes seem to be her preference. Athletic and impressively agile, she can leap to surprising heights with ease. She is also super loyal, following you around to make sure you never have to walk too far to pet her and standing guard outside the shower, also so you don't have to walk too far to pet her.

This is Harold's third visit to our cat foster home!

Harold starts purring when his favorite person is close, rubbing against your legs and looking for ear scratches and lots of pets. He takes his job as a protective brother for his littermate seriously and has that look of a serious and vigilant caretaker. But his playful side comes out when he jumps for the bouncing bird on a stick toy or chases the wiggly ribbon. He’s a lover and such a sweet boy. Harold should go to a home with another active cat/dog. He's fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, and has a negative f***l test.

Willow is a sweet mama cat with the gentlest spirit. She can be a little shy at first, but with patience and a soft approach, she blossoms into an affectionate companion who purrs nonstop for ear scratches and chin rubs. Once Willow trusts you, the bond she forms is incredibly special. She has a calm, comforting presence and settles into family life beautifully. Willow is currently living with a respectful dog, her kitten Ash, and children, and she handles it all with quiet confidence. She’d do best with polite pets and kids who understand when she wants a little space for one of her favorite activities: cozy naps. Even with her laid-back personality, Willow still has a playful side and loves keeping up with her energetic kitten, Ash. The two share such a sweet bond and could be adopted together, though Willow would also be happy as the center of attention in her own forever home. Ash is everything people love about kittens wrapped into one tiny package: curious, fearless, playful, and always on the move. She turns everyday moments into adventures and keeps everyone around her entertained with her silly energy and nonstop fun. Ash thrives in an active home and would love another young, playful pet to wrestle, chase, and explore with. She and her mom Willow play beautifully together, and having a companion really helps her burn off all that kitten energy. While Ash enjoys attention and happily climbs into laps for pets, slowing down for cuddles isn’t always her strong suit yet. Usually, cuddle time quickly turns into playtime! Even so, her sweet and affectionate personality shines through in her own playful way. Ash could be adopted alongside her mom Willow for the sweetest built-in pair, or she’d do wonderfully joining another home with a young, energetic furry friend. Ash is spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, and has a negative f***l test. She should have some wet food included in her diet in her forever home.
