Meet Tatsoi—the little green that punches way above its weight. 🥬🐐

Mild, slightly peppery, and ridiculously versatile, tatsoi is great raw in salads, tossed into stir-fries, wilted into soups, piled onto tacos, or sautéed with garlic and oil. Basically, if you can put greens in it, tatsoi is game.

AND it’s packed with vitamins A, C and K, plus folate, calcium, and antioxidants. Nutrient-dense without sacrificing flavor.

Fresh from The Grazing Goat CO, because apparently we grow more than vegetables—we grow excuses to eat another salad. 😏

🥬 Available now at the farm stand and online.

🐐 IT’S FARM STAND DAY! 🌱

The farm stand at the Grazing Goat CO homestead is open today from 3–6 PM!

We’ve got fresh-picked veggies, greens, and plenty of good stuff to help make dinner a little more farm-to-table and a lot less grocery-store.

And if you can’t make it by? Our online store is open 24/7. Because apparently vegetables don’t understand business hours. 😂

🥓🍅 BLT night at The Grazing Goat CO Homestead!

Our Pear Tomatoes and Encore lettuce mix + bacon + + good bread = dinner done right.

Everything was perfect… until Mavis decided she wanted the top slice more than I did. 😂🐕

Farm-to-table, with a little dog theft on the side.
