le and refreshingly straightforward approach to pet care with no hidden fees or extra charges for add-on services! Since our brand’s inception, we have hosted over 1 million canine visitors for doggie daycare, dog boarding, and pet spa services. Lobby is closed to the public between 12 pm &
2 pm Monday through Saturday for nap time. Please note that we are open Sundays for pickup/drop off only.

Today, we say goodbye to Maggie.

Years ago, Co-Founder Jackie Bondanza brought Maggie to Hounds Town during one of the hardest times in her life. Maggie had been rejected by other daycares for being “too aggressive.” Jackie was out of options.

She walked into Hounds Town Ronkonkoma, where Founder, Mike Gould, simply said: “It’s going to be okay.”

Mike saw what others didn’t. Maggie wasn’t a problem—she was misunderstood. That moment sparked everything that came next.

A belief: We are the place for every dog.
A mission: We do it for the dogs.
A goal: Every dog in America will have access to Hounds Town.

Though our hearts are heavy due to Maggie’s passing, her legacy lives on in every location, every Townie, and every dog who walks through our doors.

She wasn’t just part of our beginning. She is the reason we exist.

Rest in peace, Maggie. You’ll always be a Townie for Life. 💙💚🐾
