Help us congratulate the boss lady herself, Jenna Gainey, on her 10-year anniversary!
Jenna’s journey with us started in the most unexpected way. She stopped by to visit a friend at work, and in a joking manner, was handed an application. Little did she know—and little did we know just how much we would come to need her—that she’d become such an essential part of our team.
Jenna began as a CSR, greeting clients and helping keep the front desk running smoothly. Before long, she started lending a hand in the back. As anyone who knows Jenna can attest, she simply can’t sit still when there’s work to be done! She gradually became involved with assisting, technician duties, and wherever else help was needed.
Through hard work, dedication, and a true passion for our hospitals, Jenna steadily worked her way into management and has become the incredible leader she is today. She now oversees operations for both our Florence and Hartsville Animal Hospital locations, helping guide our teams and keeping everything running behind the scenes.
Jenna wears many hats—coworker, friend, wife, mother, therapist, problem-solver, cheerleader, and of course, boss lady. There isn’t a challenge she won’t tackle or a team member she won’t support.
It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years, but it’s even harder to imagine where we’d be without her. We truly couldn’t do what we do without her dedication, leadership, and heart.
Jenna, thank you for everything you do. Your hard work never goes unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for all you’ve contributed over the past decade.
