It’s Foster Friday!

Cash is a 4 year old husky mix. Cash is a very sweet boy who would enjoy lots of exploring and running around. He loves people, and would enjoy cuddling on the couch and lots of play time! He may do okay with a female dog with slow, structured introductions. Cash loves to use his nose to investigate and has had a blast taking part in our Intro to Rats group class at Sled & Breakfast. At Sled & Breakfast, we find it very beneficial to separate play groups by size! If a dog is between sizes, then we base it off play style. At daycare, safety isn't just about preventing conflict. It's about creating an environment where every dog can play confidently, comfortably, and at their own pace. Grouping dogs by size is one of the many ways we help make that possible!🐾

Deep in the heart of the Sled & Breakfast forest, a curious pack of adventurers wandered beneath the towering trees. 🌲🐾

Some followed mysterious trails of squirrels, some searched for hidden treasures among the moss, and a few got delightfully distracted by every leaf that fluttered past. Along the way, they posed for portraits in their woodland kingdom, proving that even when you’re a little lost, the best adventures are the ones shared with friends.

Today our woodland explorers stepped into the forest for their Lost in the Woods photoshoot, and we think they found exactly what they were looking for: fun, friendship, and plenty of tail-wagging memories. ❤️

As Olivia Rodrigo once said, “God, it’s brutal out here”🥵 We have already seen some pretty warm days so far this summer. While we do have spacious indoor yards for those sizzling days, on the breathable warmer days, we do make sure the dogs are still cool and safe.

In every yard, we have shade sails throughout, constant and fresh drinking water, doggy pools with fresh water, and sometimes even constant misters/sprinklers to provide a gentle cool off area. We can’t wait to have a fun breezy summer with your pup!🐶

It’s Foster Friday!🐾

This week is Holden, who is residing at Sled & Breakfast while he waits for his forever home! Holden is about 2 years old and is also very playful. After a couple weeks in his forever home, he would be fiercely loyal to his people. Holden is heartworm positive and is currently undergoing treatment. We recommend Holden being the only pet in his household and preferably not with small children. He loves to play, especially with a ball, and has been working his nose with the trainers at Sled & Breakfast. Through Spencer Pet Rescue, once adopted, Holden can continue with FREE training for life.
