Every horse in our ministry herd has been donated except one. On average, they’ve served the Ranch faithfully for 14½ years.

And in just 2 weeks, we get to celebrate that faithfulness together at our Hoedown Fundraiser on September 12!

“Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Matthew 11:29

Just like our horses carry this ministry forward one step at a time, we’d love for you to find rest, community, and purpose alongside us at the Ranch.

Glory Reins Ranch operates entirely on donations. All donations go directly back into the ranch.

1 Chronicles 29:11 reminds us that all greatness, power, and glory belong to the Lord, and that everything in heaven and on earth is His. He is exalted above all as the head of everything.

Happy Friday, y’all! 🐴

Did you know Glory Reins Ranch opened in 2010? This is our 17th season serving families across Central Virginia, and every service we offer is completely free of charge. Jesus is the heart of this ministry, and we get to see His love in action here every single day.

Quick reminder, our Annual Hoedown Fundraiser is only 4 weeks away! Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 12th.

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Whatever this week has held, there is peace to be found in Him, and we would love for you to find some of that peace with us at the ranch on the 12th.

We love reminders like this of why we do what we do. 🤍

Every horse, every conversation, every quiet moment at the ranch points back to the same truth: we are made on purpose, by a God who doesn’t make mistakes.

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Psalm 139:14 NIV

Getting to watch that truth land on someone’s heart, right here on the ranch, is why this ministry exists. Grateful doesn’t even cover it.

That’s where God does His work.

This Independence Day, we’re grateful for the freedom that makes all of it possible — the freedom found only in Christ. 🇺🇸

Rooted. Grounded. Loved.

That’s what this week was all about. 💛

Our annual Girl’s Bible Study brought together some of the most precious young ladies for a week in the Word, in the arena, and in community with one another.

Each day we opened Scripture, let the horses meet us in the teaching, sat in small group, created, journaled, and laughed together. We ended it all with a water balloon and shaving cream fight because joy is part of it too. 🎉

“…being rooted and established in love” — Ephesians 3:17

Praying over every one of these girls. That they keep seeking Him with their whole heart, all the days of their lives.

The annual Grounded and Rooted Girls Bible Study at Glory Reins Ranch is quickly approaching, and we still have a few spots available!

Please reach out if you would like to join us for this special time together.

This retreat is a rich opportunity to dig into God’s Word, fellowship with others, enjoy crafts, and participate in biblically based equine-assisted activities. We are praying for a meaningful time of growing deeper in Christ and being strengthened in Him.
