"How long have you been a client of Three Oaks?
We have been coming to Three Oaks for close to probably 13-14 years! We started bringing our redbone coonhound Clyde when he was probably 2 or 3 years old. We boarded him several times a year, and when we adopted our beagle mix Turbo he joined him there. When Clyde passed on from cancer we adopted our Australian cattle dog mix Hank and then 3 years ago we adopted a red heeler named Bo. We board Hank, Turbo, and Bo several times a year when we travel out of town.
What do Hank, Bo, and Turbo love most about Three Oaks?
They love the attention and lovings they get, the play yard, and Hank somehow always ends up there on his birthday and he loves his birthday "cookies"
What is your favorite thing about Three Oaks? As a pet owner, what makes us stand out to you?
We love how well our boys are treated and how meticulous the employees are about how our boys are treated and their specific needs. They inform us of any issues, no matter how minor. When Clyde had to take medication they would make sure he would be OK to get pill pockets since he had food allergies. We love how excited our boys get when they realize we are getting close to the facility, barking and wagging their tails. We laughed like crazy when we got there early before the doors opened and Hank could see someone walking around inside and started hitting the door with his paw, "knocking" on the door to get their attention. When we bring them inside they run to get to their kennel, not even giving us time to give them a hug/kiss goodbye. Its such a relief to know that our boys are well taken care of and safe while we travel. Also, it meant the world to us that when Clyde passed on from cancer all of the employees signed a sympathy card and gave it to us. Its been 5 years and we still have the card."
