For over a year, Bebe and Tabby have been patiently waiting for someone to discover just how special they are. These adorable 7-year-old Beagle/Rat Terrier mix sisters (15 pounds each) are proof that the best things in life come in pairs!

Bebe is the social butterfly of the duo, always ready to share affection and brighten your day with her happy personality. Tabby is a little more reserved when meeting new people, but don't let that fool you. Once she trusts you, you'll have a loyal companion for life. Together, they make the perfect team, providing comfort, companionship, and twice the love.

These sweet girls get along wonderfully with other dogs and have all the benefits of being mature, well-mannered adults. No puppy antics here, just two loving companions looking for a cozy couch, daily treats, and a family to call their own. 🏡❤️

Meet Copper, a handsome 4-year-old hound mix, weighing in at about 20 lbs, with a heart as big as his floppy ears! This sweet and loyal guy loves going on walks and spending quality time with his person. He truly shines when he's your one-and-only companion.

Copper's journey hasn't always been easy, and because he's lost trust in humans along the way, he can be reactive and has a history of biting when he feels threatened or unsure. He needs an experienced, patient adopter who understands that trust takes time and is willing to let Copper build confidence at his own pace. Once he forms a bond, Copper is incredibly devoted and affectionate to his person.

Copper would do best in a single-pet home without children, and he'd prefer a home with a single adult, as he can be possessive and thrives on that special one-on-one connection.

Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on monthly prevention, Copper's adoption donation is $250, which includes all of his vetting.

🐾🦖 Dexter: Part Toy Destroyer, Part Pool Boy, All Heart! 🦖🏖️🐾

If you're looking for a dog with personality, Dexter has it in abundance!

This lovable 4-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix weighs about 33 pounds and has a daily routine that never fails to make us laugh. The moment Dexter comes inside from the yard, he heads straight for the toy box. Not just any toy will do, though. Dexter carefully selects the fluffiest, most plush toy available, proudly carries it back to his room, and proceeds to dismantle it like a tiny T-Rex on a mission. Stuffing everywhere? Mission accomplished! 😂🧸

When he's not conducting his plush toy inspections, Dexter enjoys chasing tennis balls, playing tug-of-war, and taking a refreshing dip in the pool on hot days. That's right—this boy loves to splash around and cool off in the water!

Despite his goofy side, Dexter is a loyal and devoted companion who loves spending time with his people. He may not shine during meet-and-greets, but give him a little time and you'll discover a sweet, affectionate dog with a big heart. Dexter does need to be the only dog in the home, as he prefers having his people all to himself. He enjoys companionship and forms strong bonds with those he trusts.

Dexter came to us after losing his beloved owner and has been patiently waiting for a second chance ever since. He's neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm-negative, and on monthly prevention. His adoption donation is just $250.

A Forever Home Animal Rescue is seeking a compassionate, dependable team member with hands-on veterinary experience and a love for dogs.

This position involves caring for rescue dogs, monitoring their health, administering vaccines and microchips, performing parasite testing, assisting with routine medical care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and helping potential adopters find their perfect match.

📍 1400 S. Bay Street, Eustis, FL 32726
⏰ 16-18 hours per week
🕗 Flexible shifts: 8 AM-2 PM or 2 PM-8 PM
📅 Weekend availability required
💲 Paid position - Pay based on experience

🚨 Isis Needs Surgery! Can You Help Give Her a Second Chance? 💗🐾

Meet Isis, a sweet 7-year-old Spitz mix who is hoping for her forever home. She and her sister are both waiting for someone to give them the loving home they deserve.

Unfortunately, Isis needs our help before she can move forward. She has two tumors that need to be removed: a mammary tumor and a newer tumor on her shoulder.

Purrfect Paws & Claws Veterinary Hospital has provided an estimate of $900 to remove the mammary tumor. We don't yet have an estimate for the shoulder tumor because it appeared so recently.

Right now, our rescue has several other surgeries to pay for, and we simply don't have the funds available to schedule Isis's surgery. That means she will have to wait until we can raise the money.
