Full-Time Groom / Barn Helper Wanted – Private Dressage Barn
Immediate opening for an experienced, reliable groom at our top-quality De Pasquale Equestrian facility.

Daily duties:
3x feeding (barn + pasture horses)
Mucking stalls, grooming to show standard, turnout/bring-in
Horse prep for training (Vitafloor/walker), post-ride care + tack cleaning
Baths, medical treatments, fly spray/gear
Daily cleaning rotation (stalls, waterers, pastures, coop, etc.)

Schedule:
6 days/week with split shifts (approx. 6:00–12:00 AM & 4–6/7 PM)
One consistent day off during the week + MUST be available to work either Saturday OR Sunday every week.

Requirements:
Several years professional barn/groom experience (references required)
Detail-oriented, hardworking, physically fit, no drugs
Valid driver’s license + fluent English
Pride in a spotless barn and reliable long-term attitude

Competitive pay based on experience. Great team and beautiful horses!

We Are Hiring in Tavares, FL!

De Pasquale Equestrian is looking for Barn Help / Horse Professionals!
Position: Part-time or Full-time Location: Tavares, FL Experience: Required
⏰ Work Hours:
Morning Shift: 6AM - 12PM
Evening Shift: 5PM - 7PM (hours may vary in fall/winter)
Daily Care Responsibilities:
Feeding and watering horses
Monitoring health and recognizing signs of illness or injury
Administering medications under veterinary guidance
Stable Maintenance:
Keeping stables and pastures clean and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Experience as an equine caretaker or in a similar role
Knowledge of horse behavior and safety practices
Ability to handle large animals with care
Familiarity with basic first aid for horses
Housing available for the right candidate!
