I took Jennifer's class a few years ago when I was pregnant with my Covid19 baby, James. At that time, the support person policy was very strict at my hospital and I was unable to have a doula attend my birth. So I sought out to become "my own doula" for this birth and Jennifer's class was just what I needed! I felt so well equipped and ready for my birth when James decided to make his debut! 💓

I cannot recommend her class enough!!! If you are looking for a great class, be sure to sign up quickly! Her classes fill up fast.

Coming later this month! Birth Basics 101 provides education on stages of labor, coping techniques, coaching, advocacy, postpartum and much more! This is a great option for families who can't attend a full length birth course, or for those who need a refresher! Class will be held in Hayden on April 27 and May 4 form 9:30am-1:30pm. WHAT IS A FRESH 48 SESSION? It is amazing how much babies change within the first 24-48 hours after birth! At a fresh 48 session my goal is to capture all those fine little details and those special moments as you and your family bond with your newborn. These sessions are typically more intimate than a newborn session and usually occur at your place of birth.
