Well after hours and hours of work it looks like the data company was not able to restore our hard drive . Unfortunately, when our computer crashed 3 wks ago we lost the last 5 years worth of information. This included any pre booked appointments, new clients within the last 5 years, any previous history or services within the last 5 years and all our notes on hair cuts and upgrades each client got.

Luckily we have been managing pretty well with the help and understanding of our clients! That being said, if you haven’t contacted us about a prebooked appointment made prior to 3/12/24, please do so we can avoid being over booked. We will accommodate those who have appointments pre booked but with our current situation if we end up over booked, it will lead to grooming times taking longer.

When scheduling your future appointment, we are having to re enter a lot clients into the system, while I know all the questions seem frustrating, we need this info to continue operating as normal as possible. 😊

So unfortunately our computer system crashed and we don’t have access to our schedule. We have no way of accessing our grooming program aka your appointments, scheduling, pricing etc. We need YOUR help! If you have an appointment scheduled in the future please contact us! (Message us, comment or call). I know this seems like a silly ask but we have to go back to good ole pen and paper until this issue is resolved. We have tech companies trying to recover our data but until then we cannot make anymore appointments for the rest of the week.
