Goodmorning to one and all! We wanted to let you know that due to extreme weather conditions tomorrow, Scoo-B-Dos will be closed. We will re-open Saturday. If you have an appointment tomorrow, we are making calls right now to re-schedule your pups.

Today on January 4th 1996, Scoo-B-Dos Pet Grooming opened its doors. The first 3 dogs to get groomed within its walls, were Wendy and Ray’s own pups. They were Betty the collie, Molly the golden and last but not least, Tilly the cocapoo.

What Wendy and Ray didn’t know, is how this little ma and pa grooming shop would grow, change and become what it is today within the community. They’ve shared in peoples lives, shared the good times and the bad. Watched those children who were in strollers when they first met, grow up, have children of their own, and now bring their dogs in to be groomed.

They’ve always gone by the motto, “we treat your dogs as we would want ours to be treated.” And that’s why we stay a little family shop. Why we’ve been able to be in your lives for 30 years. None of this could have happened without our clients. Some of whom are like family now. Through the heartache of losing a dog, to the joy of getting a puppy (and all the headaches it comes with! lol!) We’ve felt your loss and joy in our hearts as well.

All this just to say, thank you! Thank you for 30 wonderful years! Here’s to many many more.

And as a little aside, thank you Wendy for giving me a chance to grow into what I’ve become today. Who knew starting as a bather, I’d end up here. And I couldnt imagine it any other way.
