🐾 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY 🐾

We completely understand that things come up, but please remember that grooming is our job and our livelihood. We depend on our scheduled appointments to be able to earn our paychecks. When an appointment is cancelled the same day or a client is a no-call/no-show, that time has been reserved specifically for your pup and usually cannot be filled on such short notice. This means lost time and money directly out of our pockets. 💔

Effective immediately, same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, our business, and the appointments we reserve for your furry family members. ❤️🐶

💙 A Bittersweet Announcement 💙

After many conversations, prayers, and a lot of soul-searching, I’ve made one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make.

I have decided to step away from grooming so I can focus full-time on my real estate career. But more than that, I also need to focus on being a mom and all the other responsibilities I have in my life. I’ve realized I’m simply juggling too much, and I need to give my full attention to the things that need me most right now.

This wasn’t an easy decision. Shampooches has been such a huge part of my life, and I’ve been incredibly blessed to care for so many amazing pets over the years. Watching your puppies grow up, celebrating new additions to your families, and building friendships with so many of you has meant more to me than words can express. Thank you for trusting me with your beloved pets and supporting my dream all these years.

I’m happy to share that Shampooches isn’t going anywhere! My mom and Paige will continue grooming and will keep providing the same loving care your pets have come to know and deserve. I have complete confidence they’ll take wonderful care of your furry family members.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every appointment, every recommendation, every kind word, and every wagging tail. You helped make Shampooches what it is today, and I’ll always be grateful.

This chapter is coming to an end, but an exciting new one is just beginning. Thank you all for being part of the journey.
